  • Service less than 2 years: No gratuity applicable
  • Service between 2 and 5 years: Gratuity includes 21 days’ basic salary for each completed year of service

For Example:

If your domestic help has worked for 3 years and 6 months with the last drawn basic salary of AED 2,000, the gratuity will be as follows:
